This site is operated by Thomas James Strategy, a d/b/a of Saguaroland Business Consultants LLC, an independent life insurance producer located at 1155 S Power Rd Ste 114 #545, Mesa, AZ 85206. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Thomas James Strategy. By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.

What this site is and is not

The information on this site is general and for educational purposes. It is not insurance advice, tax advice, legal advice, or financial advice specific to your situation. Nothing on this site is an offer of insurance, a binder of coverage, or a guarantee that coverage will be issued or issued at any particular price. Insurance products are offered through the carriers we are appointed with, and every application is subject to that carrier's underwriting, terms, and approval. Product availability varies by state.

Licensing

Licensed life insurance producer in Arizona, Wisconsin, South Carolina, and Arkansas. We solicit and negotiate insurance only in states where we hold an active license and carrier appointment.

Text messaging terms

If you provide your phone number and agree to receive text messages from us, the following applies.

Program description. We send messages about the insurance coverage you requested, including responses to your questions, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-up about your inquiry.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to get a quote, to speak with us, or to buy any product or service.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages.

Help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at (480) 608-9937 or thomas@thomasjamesstrategy.com.

Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported carriers. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's capabilities and coverage.

Accuracy of information you provide

You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that the phone number you provide belongs to you. If your number changes, tell us so we do not contact someone else.

This site may link to carrier or third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Intellectual property
